About Exportain
Exportain is a B2B export marketplace where international buyers source products from Bangladeshi manufacturers and exporters, post RFQs and receive quotations directly from suppliers. Buyers search product listings and supplier profiles, message suppliers, and compare quotations that state unit price, minimum order quantity, lead time, Incoterm, payment terms and validity. Accepting a quotation creates an order record and a proforma invoice with the quoted terms. The RFQ, every quotation version and the accepted terms are stored on the platform, and buyer and supplier see the same history. Suppliers list products, quote on buyers' RFQs and negotiate through versioned counter-offers. A free plan covers listing and quoting; optional paid membership plans add capacity and never grant a trust badge. Suppliers can complete verification checks covering identity, business registration, export registration and factory or office photos. Exportain staff review each submission, and approved checks earn trust badges shown on supplier profiles and listings. Verification is a document and photo review, not a factory inspection, and a badge is not a guarantee of capacity, quality or delivery. Freight forwarders and other trade service providers also list their services, and forwarders publish freight rates. Exportain is not a party to trades: it does not hold funds, operate escrow, inspect goods, book freight or clear customs.

How verification works
A supplier submits each check separately: identity, business registration, export registration, and photos of its factory or of a trading company's office or warehouse. Exportain staff review every submission and approve it, return it for changes, or reject it. Approved checks earn trust badges, which appear on the supplier's profile and listings.
It is a document and photo review, not a factory inspection and not a check against a government database. A badge records which checks were reviewed; it is not a guarantee of capacity, quality or delivery, and it cannot be bought.
What Exportain does not do
Contracts for goods and services are made directly between buyers, suppliers and trade service providers. Exportain does not hold funds, operate escrow, inspect goods, book freight or clear customs. Payment is settled directly between buyer and supplier on the terms of the accepted quotation.
