1. Exportain is not a party to your trade
Contracts for goods and services are made directly between buyers, suppliers and trade service providers. Exportain provides the platform on which they meet, record RFQs and quotations, and message one another. It does not hold funds for a trade in goods, inspect goods, book freight or clear customs. Where a trade service is ordered and paid through the platform, Exportain holds that payment until the order is released, refunded or cancelled.
2. Listings, profiles and certifications
Product listings, company profiles and declared certifications are written by the suppliers concerned. Exportain does not warrant their accuracy. A supplier's verification level records which documents the Exportain team has reviewed; it is not a warranty of capacity, quality, solvency or performance.
3. Published freight rates and service providers
Freight rates shown on Exportain are tariffs filed by the forwarder named on each rate, shown as published and valid only until the stated date. Surcharges, availability and transit times are confirmed by the forwarder at booking. Trade service providers listed in the directory are independent businesses.
4. Trade information
Market and sector information shown on the site is attributed to its source where one is cited. It is provided for general information, may be out of date, and is not commercial, financial or legal advice.
5. Availability
Exportain aims to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and outages may occur.
