How to sell on Exportain
Six steps from registration to your first accepted quotation. Listing products and quoting on RFQs is free.
Register your company
Create a seller account with a one-time code, then add your company profile: name, location, main products and the certifications you hold.
Apply for verification
Complete each check in your seller portal's verification centre: identity, business registration, export registration and facility photos. The Exportain team reviews each one; the trust badges you earn show on your profile and listings. Verification is free and not purchased.
Publish product listings
List products with specifications, MOQ, lead time, price range, HS code, sample availability and OEM/ODM capability from the Seller Center.
Respond to buying leads
Open RFQs are listed with quantity, destination, Incoterm, target price and deadline. Filter by the categories you sell in and quote on the ones you can supply.
Quote and negotiate
Submit a quotation with unit price, MOQ, lead time, Incoterm, payment terms and validity. Counter-offers are versioned in the same thread, and an accepted quotation becomes an order record.
Settle and ship on agreed terms
Payment is settled directly with the buyer on the accepted terms, unless you ask for a funds hold of up to the order value and the buyer pays it. Once you have filed an export clearance document and the buyer has confirmed the trade complete, Exportain pays the hold to your approved Bangladeshi bank account in taka within 7 days, less the card processing fee and bank transfer cost at their actual amounts and a 0.5% platform fee. Use the trade services directory for freight, customs and documentation partners.
