Counterfeit certificates, someone claiming to represent a factory they do not, products that do not match what was quoted, or a request to pay outside the platform. Reports go to the Exportain trust and safety team and are reviewed by a person.

Filing anonymously? Leave the documents out and describe them in detail above — certificate numbers, dates, account names, and the exact wording used. Emailing evidence would identify you.
