Shah Rukh Khan’s adobe Mannat, located at Bandra’s bandstand, is one of his most prized possessions
The six-storied villa has a blend of vintage and contemporary design, equipped with all modern amenities
The house is a 1920s-era, Grade III heritage structure with neo-classical elements, which has been refurbished into a six-storey annexe
The mansion has multiple bedrooms, an art gym, a swimming pool, an elevator, an office, library, terrace, a vast lawn area, a private theatre and much more
The outer area of the on-house theatre has posters of classic movies like Sholay, Mughal-E-Azam and Ram Aur Shyam on the wall
A life-size marble Radha-Krishan sculpture, a pair of tall black vases from Paris, and artist Subhash Awchat’s reclining clown, jade Ganpati — adorn the house
The palatial house also has a diamond-studded nameplate which costs around Rs 25 lakhs
In 2001, Khan paid Rs 13.32 crores for the house and in 2005 he renamed
it Mannat
Today the house is worth
more than Rs 200 crore
