Shah Rukh Khan is one of the fittest actors in Bollywood. He amazed the audience with his six-pack abs first in Pathaan and then in Jawan. In an interview, SRK revealed that he is quite simple when it comes to his diet and eating habits. He consumes only two meals a day, that is lunch and dinner.


 He eats skinless chicken, egg whites, beans, and lean meat pieces that help him build muscle and maintain a toned physique.

What he skips

He doesn't eat any refined sugar or processed food and instead replaces it with fresh fruits and nuts.


He drinks water and other fluids like coconut water and fresh juices to stay hydrated. Fruits give the body enough amount of fibre, vitamins, and minerals, satisfying the sweet cravings as well.

Black Coffee

He loves to drink freshly brewed black coffee, and drinks a maximum of 3 cups a day.


Other than his diet which includes chicken and grilled veggies, he drinks a protein shake.


The star’s workout includes a mix of exercises, including strength training and cardio for 45 minutes every day. He enjoys late-night cycling, cardio and rehab exercises.
