The founder and CEO of DMart Radhakishan Damani recently made
one of the biggest property deals of 2023 along with his family members
and associates
They have purchased 28 apartments worth Rs 1,238 crores in a premium residential property in South Mumbai. Tap to see inside pictures
The total carpet area of the flats bought by Damani's family members and associates is around 1,82,084 square feet, which includes more than 100 car parking spaces
The apartments are located in Tower B of the premium residential property — Three Sixty West
Most of the apartments bought by Damani and his associates have a carpet area of 5,000 square feet and come at a price range between Rs 40 crore and Rs 50 crore
The spacious apartments situated in Worli were previously owned by Sudhakar Shetty— the founder and chairman of Sahana Group
The average price range of plush apartments in Worli ranges between
Rs 90,000 to Rs 1,05,000 per square foot
However, the rate at which the Damani deal was done is between Rs 65,000 - Rs 75,000
The apartments registered in the names of Avenue Supermarts CEO Ignatius Noronha and Ramesh Damani have the biggest carpet area of 8,582 sq ft and 8,345 sq ft, respectively
