The mansion, which spreads across 3,000 square feet, is on the northern side of the artificial archipelago and comprises 10 bedrooms

(Rs 640 crores approximately), making it Dubai's biggest-ever residential property deal

The deal of the property was concluded this year by Conor McKay of Belleview Real Estate, which is one of Dubai’s longest-standing agencies
