The Taparia family purchased the lavish property from Macrotech Developers - an extended entity of the Lodha Group

The apartment is located on the 26th, 27th and 28th floors of Lodha Malabar - a premium residential tower located opposite the governor's estate near Hanging Gardens

The property deal was completed
at Rs 1.36 lakh per square foot

The new house of industrialist JP Taparia, who heads a firm that produces female contraceptive devices, is spread across 27,160 square feet

For the property, they paid a hefty paid stamp duty of Rs 19.07 crore
