Indian businessmen buy Rs 109 Cr flats

Mumbai's real estate market is continuously growing as it recently witnessed another high-profile deal

The two directors of Kandoi Fabrics Pvt Ltd, an Indian manufacturer and exporter of packaging fabrics, have purchased two high-end properties for Rs 109 crore in South Mumbai

The apartments are a part of Lodha Group's upcoming ultra-premium residential project, Lodha Malabar at Walkeshwar Road

The purchase was made on June 1, 2023, from Macrotech Developers, an entity of the Lodha Group

Each apartment costs Rs 54.26 crore

The first apartment located on the 11th floor has been acquired by Rajesh Vijaykumar Aggarwal

He paid a stamp duty of Rs 3.25 crore for the property spread over 4,643 square feet

Another identical unit, located on the 12th floor, has been registered under Rahul Kumar Niranjan Kumar Agarwal's name
