Friends Stars Who Have Passed Away
On October 28, Matthew Perry passed away, and now he's among the Friends actors who are no longer with us, like Gunther ( James Michael Tyler), and Dr Leonard Green aka Rachel's dad (Ron Leibman).
Here's a list of some of our fan-favourite Friends stars who are no longer with us.
Matthew Perry (Chandler Bing)
Perry made millions of people laugh with his portrayal of Chandler Bing. The actor died on October 28. He was 54.
James Michael Tyler (Gunther)
Actor James Michael Tyler, who played Gunther in the hit TV sitcom Friends, died aged 59 on Oct 24, 2021, after battling cancer for years.
Taylor Negron (Allesandro)
Mike Hagerty, who played the role of Mr Treeger, died on May 5, 2022. He was 67. Hagerty's character was the caretaker of the building where Monica, Rachel, Joey and Chandler lived.
Max Wright (Terry)
Max Wright played the role of Terry, the owner of Central Perk. He appeared in the starting two seasons of Friends. He died in June 26, 2019 at the age of 75.
Ron Leibman (Rachel's dad)
Veteran actor Ron Leibman, who has cemented his name in the mind of Friends fans as Rachel's father, passed away in the year 2019 after battling pneumonia.
Joel Beeson (The Hombre Man)
Actor Joel Beeson appeared in the episode titled 'The One With The Breast Milk' as the Hombre Man. Joel died in the year 2017 due to liver disease. He was 51 years old.
