Pansy is a large-flowered hybrid plant. They are one of the best winter flowers to grow at home. Its simple and overlapping petals look fabulous and can be grown as hanging plants.
Alyssum is a low-growing plant that usually blooms white flowers. It is also called sweet alyssum because of its sweet, honey-scented blossoms. When fully flowered, these winter flowers fill the whole area with their aroma.
Petunia is largely grown in Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh and other hilly regions. They grow in various colours, from deep blue, deep red, red-orange to lavender. They require less sunlight and little fertiliser.

Allamanda or Golden Trumpet or Buttercup flourish in summer with their bright yellow colour but can also be grown in winter till December. It requires less care and brightens up your garden with its creeper branches.
