Mizeria is made by cutting thin slices of cucumber, seasoning them with salt and pepper and tossing them with sour cream or yoghurt. It is best suited for weight loss diets. Top it with chopped onion, parsley, mint, and lemon juice.
Add chopped cucumber, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, and coriander leaves. Then, add lemon juice, salt, pepper and chaat masala for more zing and flavour.
Thinly slice cucumber and mix them with sliced onions, olive oil, salt, tarragon, and cider vinegar.
Add thinly sliced cucumbers to finely chopped red shallots and green chillies. Add some fried onions and sesame seeds with a dressing of fruit vinegar.
Add thinly sliced cucumber to cooked prawns or seaweed. Toss some sesame seeds and dress the salad with a mildly sweet vinegar and soy sauce dressing.
Add thinly sliced chopped red chillies, sliced shallots and coriander leaves. Then add a dressing made with sugar, rice vinegar, salt and light soy sauce. You can also add peanuts.
Smash fresh cucumber and toss them with minced garlic, salt, soy sauce, chilli, rice vinegar, sugar and sesame oil.
